I would give 0 stars but it wouldn't give me the option. Went in today at approximately 11:30 am. Ordered a couple of things and... asked for some buffalo sauce for my fries, guy at the counter said, no problem. When I received my food I noticed that I nevergot my sauce, asked the some lady that was at the front counter. Said she was the "manager" but I couldn't tell because she waswearing jeans and a regular shirt with no name tag. She ignored me the first couple of times until I had to ask again, shefinally turned around and told me that I never paid for the sauce and completely ignored me again after trying to talk to her.Finally told me that I needed to get back in line and pay the 25 cents during lunch hour when the line was ridiculously long. Atleast put up a sign to let people know that they will be charged for sauce and train the employeess to be on the same page. Went over at 645am. Sign out front said they open at 6am. Big sign by the road says open 6am till 10pm. Says lobby is open as... well. Well that was a lie. Banged on the window and when the lady finally responded to us she was rude and noticed that thelady who was being rude at the window was the same lady we seen getting out of a semi truck at the flying j. Maybe she was tiredfrom working the over nights at the truckers trucks and was lagging behind getting the store open today. Not sure. All I know isthat I will never stop at this place again. Avoid this place at all cost. All of their food has been staged for hours even though there is nobody going to the restaurant.... The chicken I ordered is like eating rubber that has been sitting under a heat lamp for 3 days. I am honestly worried I mightget sick after taking a few bites. The staff is uncourteous and carefree. Came in at 8:30 pm, they close 10pm, all the shake, and frozen drinks were already shut down for the evening, wonder if the boss... knows how much revenue he's losimg cuz the employees wanna leave early? Read more
