Angela (at the Bar & outdoor patio) MADE OUR EXPERIENCE AMAZING. Angela is friendly, attentive, and focused on providing a... memorable experience for Guests. Our family went for a hike in the Wasatch Forrest, and stopped in to Burgers & Bourbon for anearly dinner on our way back to Park City. The outdoor patio is super cute & casual, with picnic tables & a fire pit. Theburgers are OUTSTANDING and (of course) the bourbon selection is plentiful. Be sure to try the tater tots! So delish.Reservations may be preferred - we called 30 minutes prior to verify availability & confirm our casual hiking attire wasacceptable for an impromptu dinner. We had high hopes for this place which is why we brought out of town family to try it. It took half an hour to get our drinks,... then another 20 minutes for our burgers and chicken fingers for our niece, totaling 50 minutes which is a very long time for twokids under 6. They initially got my order wrong so they went to cook what I originally ordered? after everyone else had alreadybeen served. 5 minutes later my burger came to the table absolutely raw when I ordered medium. They took it away, 20 minuteslater I still didn?t have my burger! Turned out they had cooked it again, it was raw, by the time the burger was sent out we hadbeen sitting for an hour and a half and everyone else had finished. I took the burger to go, and low and behold when I got homethe burger, the THIRD time it was remade was still raw!!! The waiter and manager were kind and comped the $20 burger. But mygod, how can a place with BURGER in the title be so bad at this?! Needless to say we will never eat there again and I will tellanyone who asks for recommendations to steer clear. Read more
Food - normally delicious and three out of four were, but unfortunately my son's burger came out rare, he ordered medium, they... recooked, but cooked it medium well (they have the little toothpicks in the bun stating how to cook - he never said mediumwell). He didn't want to wait again for a third burger cooked as ordered as I, my husband and daughter were just about doneeating by the time his second burger came out. My husband and daughter also ordered medium and theirs came out medium - slightlypink, not raw, and not well done. This was disappointing as it was his first time eating at Burgers and Bourbon and was notimpressed with his dinner. And Burgers is in their title, not good when they mess that up. Read more
Absolutely loved the burgers. Had the Lux with fois gras and truffles. Very unique and just succulent. I preferred the sweet... potato fries the best of the trio of potato sides. And the wings were very good... bourbon bbq was perfect. Read more

They cut down some of the best items on the menu vs few months ago. We used to go a lot as we live in Park City, no sure it will... be the case anymore. 1) wagyu nachos: No more half portion. The full portion is basically the old half (#shrinkflation). Thereis also very little beef compared to last year and quality has decreased 2) They got rid of the Lux burger (foie gras, truflecheese). It was no longer on the menu tonight. So sad Overall the quality value seemed to have decreased quite a bit. Read more
