Disappointment down on The Farm. Very disappointed at The Farm restaurant during annual stay at Vail’s Park City Resort at... the Canyons Village. We made reservations online in advance for four (4) and they seated us in the bar. Not the location I wouldexpect from making an advance reservation for four (4) adults. Plus, the restaurant’s main dining area and their yurt diningwere not fully occupied during our Wednesday evening (3/16/22) arrival nor during our departure. But the real disappointed wasthe meal and how their management addressed the poor kitchen’s performance. The worst of it all, was we had two (2) very poormeals. An over-cooked and dry fish of the day, and a burnt sandwich. Our waiter agreed when he saw the food and, apologized. Heoffered us a complimentary dessert, for two (2) only half eaten meals. We declined and requested a refund. So, his Plan B was tocomplement only our truffle fries. Mind you the truffle fries appetizer was very good. But wouldn’t you expect the restaurantto remove the poorly cooked items from the bill that were the issue. We respectfully declined the Plan B offer and requested heremove the items that were poorly cooked. However, he now needed to go get the manager to approve and adjust the bill. But ifyour manager has a table with 50% of the food delivered to your customers was un-eatable, you would think s/he would personallycome to the table to acknowledge and address the poor kitchen performance to the customers who couldn’t finish their meals.Well, he never did. Plus, your manager only removed one (1) meal from the bill $200 bill. As a restauranter, I would beembarrassed. Look food issues do happen, but to not manage it right, is unacceptable in this business. Perhaps there may be theissue of us being only seasonal customers visiting during a week of skiing, (which we visit PC every year since 2014), butreviews on Yelp, Google, TripAdvisor, etc. do have an impact on the business. You can't go wrong here. The atmosphere is beautiful, chill, cozy, romantic... whatever you need. Service was great and... attentive. We ordered the fish of the day, which was the steelhead trout. It was great. We also devoured the brussel sprouts.Check out the fabulous restroom before you go! Read more

Disappointed. Walked up to this place right off the lifts. Hungry after the day of skiing. After 20 minutes had to ask for... anyone to come and take the order. They apologized since it was a change of shift. OK. After that all food items arrived veryquickly. We ordered French onion soup, which had some red pepper flakes and was unexpectedly spicy, beet salad was overpoweredby strong garlic flavor, and mussels broth was thin and lacked flavor. If you care about the taste and quality of food this isnot the place Read more

Not sure what these old rating are but they cannot possibly reflect the current restaurant or there were major changes. Most... disappointing meal in Park City by far. Service was lacking which I get in today's environment but really annoying that no onebothers to greet table 20 minutes after being seated. This after waiting longer than normal for hostess to seat despitereservations. Waiter didn't know menu and what, if anything dishes came with. These things I can live with but the food was themost disappointing. One of the 3 dishes were acceptable (the chicken) but severely over priced for bone-in chicken. The frenchdip was horrible, literally 2 ounces of beef on a stale roll - with no side (despite waiter saying it comes with a side) and at$21 this was embarrassing. Literally a $5 subway steak sandwich would be 3Xs better. The $38 flank steak was ok but not forthe price and it comes with fries - NOT what you expect with steak. Entire party was disappointed and would never go back. Read more
