Located in the Hyatt Centric Park City we have had breakfast at Escala Provisions over a dozen times and have had apres a couple... of times there after long days of skiing with good experiences on every occasion. The restaurant never gets too crowded andevery experience we have had there the breakfast and service have always been excellent. If you're staying at the hotel or inthe Canyons area this is a great spot to visit, especially for breakfast. Would love to see a lounge area added someday for abetter apres experience. Read more
The Escala Provisions Co. is a good restaurant/small convenience store in the Hyatt Centric, Park City. It is the only... restaurant in the hotel. We enjoyed great breakfasts, drinks at the bar, baked goods, treats, coffee, soda and water bottles.This restaurant will bring your order to your room if requested. The service was great, the staff was professional and attentiveand it was clean. Only con is they close relatively early during the weekend. Read more
Not impressed. We read reviews that were subpar, but since it was raining, we decided to give them a try anyway. Sadly, I... have to agree with the majority of the poor reviews here. We waited to be seated for a while. We finally had to go get thefront desk person to find someone to seat us. Weird, because the restaurant was essentially empty except for one couple sittingat the bar (yet there were 3 staff all standing behind the bar just talking to that one couple). We ordered corn chowder andthe double smash burger with sweet potato fries. The chowder was a bit watery and there were lots of corn silks in the soupthat we had to pick out. The smash burger was terrible. One of the 2 pattie?s was absolutely raw. The waitress even wasdisappointed when she saw that it was that raw. We had also asked for avocado to be added to the burger ($4 up charge) butthere was no avocado on the plate at all. The waitress was kind enough to adjust our bill as an apology for the bad experience. It is just a shame that this restaurant cannot seem to get its act together (based on the many reviews with similarexperiences). Read more
Staying at the Hyatt Centric in Park City the Escala Provisions Company is our favorite breakfast. Everything is delicious. ... Today we had an omelette, French toast and the Hyatt breakfast. My son loves the French toast and it is amazing to look at andtastes better. The omelette is completely stuffed with your favorite toppings, and the Hyatt breakfast gives my wife theoptions she looks for. Another notable dish we have had this trip was the yogurt and granola with fresh fruit, lighter than theother breakfast items and still delicious. Read more
