When the rest of the restaurants had a 1-2 hr wait the Bistro Kosher Deli had walk on seating. Just wanted a light meal for the... end of the day and I got a salad and soup. The salad lettuce was a little brown but still tasted alright. Read more

Just ordered a ribeye for my Son and Rueben sandwich for myself. Ordered from here because it was snowing and close. Ribeye was... bland with little flavor, certainly underwhelmed considering the price. I figured the Reuben was a safe bet. Looked like it wasslapped together in 30 seconds. Clearly one of the worst Reuben?s I?ve had. Every place on the mountain was sold out, this placehad one other customer dining here. This place appears to be a new family owned business. Clean and convenient for skiers at the Canyons. Food is good but TINY... portions compared to other delis, especially for the price. I suggested to the owner that a skier would expect Twice as muchmeat to satisfy their appetite! Maybe they need to add a ?Skier Size? to the menu. Amazing food and service. We come every year and it is so great having a Kosher option on the mountain. Only one thing to... consider - the size of the salmon is very small. We had to order 2 salmons to get full. Other than that everything isawesome. See you again next year! Read more
