Incredible food, excellent service - I wish I could rate Dalton and his team 10 stars!! We hire Dalton as a private chef to cook... breakfast, lunch, dinner, and brunch for 60 guests for a weekend. The food was delicious, in fact our guests continue to commenton how great the food was and how fun it was to peek into the kitchen and watch the chefs at work. Dalton was a pleasure towork with - from the tasting, to creating menus, to renting flatware, glassware, and other necessary items, to confirming lastminute details a week before the event. Not only was Dalton awesome, but his whole staff was friendly, efficient, and wellorganized. I would hire Dalton again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend. Read more
