Just like every other ?fast food? place in park city poor service horrible food & pick there own hours of operation. Could show... up on a Tuesday afternoon & they?ll be closed for no reason with the open sign on. Avoid the headaches of trying to eat cheap inPC. Just spend the 100$ for a semi decent meal here. I have not been to this Wendy's for a while...too many issues with not being open and several over all disappointments. After a... long day at work we decided to give them one more try. We almost didn't go as they are under construction and we didn't thinkthey were open until we saw the sign saying the window was open. We ordered our dinner a spicy chicken sandwich and a Asiagoranch chicken sandwich home style and a few other items. After getting home and sitting down to eat we realized my sandwich wasnot home style but spicy, not good! By this time it was literally 6 minutes before closing. We called and explained what hadhappened. The manager (I'm sure she was the manager) was so friendly and apologetic about what had happened. She waited for usto get back over there and replaced our order with genuine apologies and smiles. Both her and the younger guy at the window werevery friendly. This experience has gone a long way to make up for the negative experiences I have had in the past. It gives mehope that things will only get better! Wendy's has opened after a lengthy remodel in the Park City Kimball junction area. It doesn't have a lot of atmosphere and it... could use some fun posters and Mountain vibes but the cashiers are friendly and it's pretty fast to get your food hot and fresh.Wendy's will now be my go-to since McDonald's stopped selling healthy items! You can get made to order salads as well as grilledchicken sandwiches. I don't know why McDonald's went to only fried stuff but they lost a customer because of it. Read more
