100% wait everytime I go. Its over 5min waits each time. Which I have stopped going because of this and messing up my ice tea... order amd food one time. . So gave the place a couple more chances since and same thing. Another messed up order and a wait. Read more
I waited 25 minutes at the drive-up window 20 minutes of it before I got to the window and I went to the window got my medium... iced coffee and look behind me and the next order still hadn't come up behind me as I circled around to leave the store theyhadn't even taken their order yet they were still waiting in line we waited at least 5 minutes between each ca/order and itwasn't that it was busy inside. Many people just left the line of cars refused to wait any longer. I don't understand what wasgoing on but it was a very long wait and I was completely unsatisfied. Never come to this Dunkin if you have somewhere to be. I?ve never waited less than 15 minutes in the Drive-Thru line and even up... to 30 minutes some days with 5 cars in front of me. I consider myself a Dunkin? connoisseur considering I go everyday, and theonly time I go to this one is if I have time to spare or feel like sitting in a drive-thru for a long period of time? I use the mobile ordering to NOT wait 15 minutes for my... drink, and yet the last 3 times, including today, I had to wait 10+ minutes. Furthermore, if I pay $6+ for my coffee to have anextra shot of espresso, I expect that to be in my coffee. Not only did I wait longer than any other Dunkin in the area, but theydid not put the extra shot I ordered into my latte. AVOID THIS DUNKIN!
