The boy in training is so polite and nice! He moved quickly! Left a 5$ tip just for that!
I would give zero stars if I could; we will surely not go back. They have a very rude owner. They made the wrong orders. But the... owner kept my kids waiting for a long time. He kept saying ?wait a second? while there were only two costumers and one of hisemployees was already working with them. My kids patiently waited for him for a long time. He finally attended to us and refusedto listen to our explanation. Instead, he kept on telling us he was the owner. They actually put the wrong meat in twosandwiches. And the Owner kept on telling us the meat was there in the sandwiches! Of course the meat was there but in the wrongsandwich! We wasted 20 minutes with this guy plus his unpleasant attitude. The food is ridiculously overpriced I?ve been to several different subways and they are way cheaper than this. I spent almost 8... dollars on a 6in. The manager or guy that?s makes the sandwhich?s are rude he rushes the order like there are eight people whenit?s only 2. He made my sandwich so poorly it was literally falling apart. Update 2022: Too bad this location also serves that new disgusting 'green' veggie patty instead of the original. Subway needs to... undo that fast - otherwise bye bye! The sub was ready on time from an online order. The store inside is reasonably clean (didnot check the toilets but we are in COVID-19 times). My only qualm is that the lady refused initially to give me extra sauce onthe side so I could dip my sub in it. Giving a side of sauce is not against Subway policy so she was clearly going on a trip.That being said, she came around and gave me some. The second issue, is that the toppings are not enough even if you request 2Xin the app - maybe I like my vegetables :-) but too often, a company that limits you to one napkin, is never going to give youenough toppings if you're not right there asking for it.
