My wife and I went here last night for dinner. We were seated promptly. We then waited 10 minutes without so much as a "I'll be... right with you". We left without knowing who our server was. There were a lot of empty tables and the wait staff that we did seedid not seem to be in a hurry to do anything. Read more

It is painful to share this but what happened here ?? This place not more than 3 months ago was rock star . Raw potato skins ,... waiter doing homework in the corner while we wait 11 minutes to be seated in an empty restaurant? , 3 waiters at best and itssuspected the waiters are pulling kitchen duty . And burger buns burned with burgers medium rare when a well was ordered.. What happened here? This place was rock star for years .. these new young college kids need to understand service culture ,folks spend their money and I?m not even 40 years old. We shall check back in 2 months .. I haven?t been to a Fridays since my local one closed down, so I thought going here would be a nice idea. Unfortunately, it was... anything but that. Our server / bartender was clearly being overworked, but even with that, she was not handling customers aswell as she could be. The appetizers were decent. Nothing to write home about, but at least decent. My friend and myselfordered entrees that were completely unacceptable. My friend got sliders, in which the buns were rock solid and the beef wassubpar. I got a chicken and shrimp parm skillet, and this dish was embarrassing. First off, no one in their right mind wouldput cheese on the bottom of the skillet. This causes the cheese to burn and stick to the skillet, and it also had poor taste toboot. The chicken and shrimp were seemingly just placed on top of the frying cheese and sauce without any legitimate effort. Add to this, the chicken was undercooked and was still pink on the inside. Seeing that didn?t even allow for the attempt at theshrimp. The lack of customer attention means that it took forever to get this rectified. On top of this, the dishes from boththe appetizers and the ?main dish? sat there for a very long time before finally getting removed. Suffice to say that the chefat this location should be ashamed of the product they are putting out, and may need to consider a career change. The servicein the restaurant needs significant training and oversight (twice during our visit were dishes dropped and shattered). Theredid not appear to be any management in sight here, which is simply unacceptable. It?s not surprising to see that so manyFridays Restaurants are closing rapidly, but it is surprising and embarrassing to witness first hand that there seems to be nodrive to fix the problems and pull the company away from oblivion. Took my son and a few family members to this location for the first time (all adults and a teenager). We had a nice late lunch... on a Sunday afternoon. Don't know if this is the same as other restaurants in the chain, but things seemed very threadbare. Forinstance, the paper placemat served as the menu, no fancy little basket to hold the condiments, just the ketchup salt and pepperserved to hold up the drink and dessert menu. We were really the only ones there at that time, so the staff was very attentiveto us, super courteous. The food came out very quickly. It was pretty tasty overall. We had the green bean fries (always awinner) and whiskey glazed chicken tenders for appetizers. Two of our party had the baked salmon served with rice and broccoli;they enjoyed that. My nephew has a dairy allergy so they took great care to omit any butter from his portion. My son had hisfavorite whiskey glazed ribs, my brother in law had two kinds of wings which he seemed to like. My daughter had a Phillycheesesteak burger and I had a queso burger, both very gimmicky and disappointing. For some reason both of us were unable totake more than a few bites of the burgers--just didn't feel like eating more. But overall we enjoyed ourselves and most everyoneliked their food. It was my son's birthday, so we brought our own cake and the staff was gracious to give us clean forks (webrought our own disposable plates). He had the best time and that's all I really cared about.
