CLEAN and Staff were very pleasant. Drinks (MACHA TEA AND COFFEE) were great . Had avocado toast. Very good.
The employees are very friendly and quick. Walking in I was very indecisive on what coffee I wanted but the employee Matthew was... very helpful and patient. I had been waiting at the register for 5 minutes before one of the TWO individuals working said a word to me. I had a question... about the mobile app and the woman was incredibly nasty and was talking over me. I asked for her name and she refused to give itto me. Unfortunately I can only describe her as the short, bigger, Indian woman. I even asked for a receipt with her name andshe outright refused. In this line of business, your employees wear name tags and if they don?t- you still have to give a namewhen a customer asks. I will absolutely never be coming to this location again. Read more
Went there this morning to grab some items for my coworkers. There were only 2 employees working and a line of people waiting.... No one complained and the staff was friendly, fast and efficiant. Didn't seem to be stressed out at all. They did a great job. Read more

service was horrible. two people working, one messing up your drink order and one messing up your food order. waited 20 minutes... for a drink that i did not order and another 5 for a samdwich with egg. i am very allergic to egg. Asked and was charged forextra bacon and extra cheese, told lady no egg two times, still put egg in my sandwich. please avoid this location at any cost.you will wait 25 minutes for two things which you did not order. if i could give zero stars i would. dunkin up the road is waybetter!
