Very unhappy with their customer service. I placed an order for delivery and had to pay extra for delivery service. I thought... this included tip, but the driver had the audacity to ask me for a tip. He didn?t leave my door until I gave him a tip, sayingthe delivery fee is not for him. It made me feel very uncomfortable, tips are voluntary not mandatory. Keep in mind I live 3 minaway, and the delivery charge was more than 10% of my order. Never buying from dominos again. Better to support any local small businesses. Read more
I ordered from here probably over 100X. Every once and a while, I get a dud and the pizza is a miss but 9X out of 10, the pizza... is delicious. Tonight, I ordered a deep dish Extra cheese, Extra sauce, Jalapenos, cooked well done. Let's just say it made mynight and I just want to tell someone. Wow!!! Pizzas made better than most other locations here but once you come inside to pick up the food it always takes 10-15 mins to be... acknowledged/serviced all the while your hot order turns cold waiting for them to hand it to you. Read more
CUSTOMERS BE AWARE! I just confronted a worker there touching his face while making my buffalo chicken sandwich without any... gloves. I spoke to the manager about proper sanitary cleanliness. The worker stated he washed his hands prior to me comingthere. How am I suppose to assume that? This is seriously nasty. They do not wear any gloves and the other workers were sweepingand cleaning without any gloves. So, now they also prepare the food like that? This is basic things that the company andfacility needs to make better. Manager did not seem to care about my complaint and stated, "I can assure you we take properprecautions sir."
