Lobster COLD, and old looking, terrible customer service! I sat in car waiting for my number to be called for 15min. Finally, I... hear someone yell lobster roll and a number. I get food and it?s cold. They refused to reheat, replace or refund my payment.Management said they would be losing money if another lobster roll was prepared or refund given. Hey, but what about me themistreated customer. The ladies at register claimed they had been calling my number, but not true . I sat in front of placeand heard numbers being called, but not mine. I'm not one for fried seafood but we had visitors from out of state. They have to visit Overton's anytime they're back in town. ... So I went along and it was delicious. You actually could taste the scallops and shrimp. My biggest complaint about friedseafood is you usually only taste the breading. Will definitely be back. Read more
Overton's sits right on Norwalk Harbor.The food is consistently good, offering the typical food shack on the water food burgers,... clam straps clam bellies etc.There is deck behind it with picnic tables that is available with plenty of seating.Theirmilkshakes are delicious btw,2 flavors: strawberry,vanilla, and chocolate. Was passing through town and saw this cozy waterfront spot. Between the Lobster Roll, and the beautiful patio dining right on... the water, I could not pick which one I enjoyed more. The food was fantastic, and perfect location for a side spot right offthe road. Stop here for some lunch, and grab an ice cream cone to decompress from the day to day by taking in the beautifulmarina views. I will absolutely be back again. Fantastic find! Read more
