Possibly the most underwhelming experience I?ve had in a fast food restaurant. The guy at the counter was extremely rude to... everyone, very unfocused and very convinced he?s doing things properly. Ordered 2 Hot chicken sandwiches and a cheeseburger, gottwo ice cold cheeseburgers and one of the chicken sandwiches. We ordered to go, he insisted in putting everything on a tray,gave two items at first; the burger and the chicken sandwich. Pointing out we were missing a chicken sandwich he reluctantlywaited for a minute there and finally put our order together to go. He put a cheeseburger instead of the missing chickensandwich. I think is worth going a bit more into Norwalk to their other location. Read more
WENT HERE TO GET A SALAD AND WAS SO MAD. THEY GAVE ME A SALAD WITH A BIG DEAD FLY IN IT I DROVE MY CAR BACK TO GO TO THE MANAGER... TO SHOW THEM WHAT THEY GAVE ME AND ALL SHE SAID WAS SORRY.
