The food isn?t what it used to be since new management took over. I had the worst experience. Their food used to be good when it... was mi ranchito. When you order Lomo, the fries are soggy and drenched in soy sauce.this happened twice and both times I orderedwith light soy sauce. The pupusas were dry and flat and they don?t use the same beans. My husband and I ordered lomo and 3$ ajisauce (green sauce). When we got home, we noticed that they gave us marinara sauce..when we called and told them the lady saidno she put green sauce in... and almost didn?t believe me until I brought the food back. anyways the lomo meat was extremely dryand over cooked that not even my dog would eat it. The best part is that the person that took my order didn?t know how to refundme and wanted me to wait for a manager. She even hung up on me. Although the new owner was nice about it, it wasn?t handled theway it should have been on their part because they?re supposed to leave the customer happy. I didn?t even dine in. I called andordered takeout. I went home. Drove back after they said they didn?t know how to refund me..and brought them their food back.This took up over an hour of my time and I had to order food else where. Read more
The food here is so delicious! The green sauce they bring out tastes great on everything.
Delicious food, enormous portions, served incredibly hot. Once we gathered the self-discipline to let it cool off it was great!... We went for lunch on a weekday and found it quiet and nearly empty, with quick response from the server and a cheerfulatmosphere despite the hour. Wheelchair access was manageable if a bit bumpy on the entrance ramp. Read more
