Ordered the grilled chicken and not thrilled. Based on my experience with their fried version I would have thought the grilled... version would have been as good. The chicken seemed a little rubbery although the spice was pleasant. The toppings were skimpy,one sorry piece of lettuce and the tomato was sad. Service is a bit slow but the food tasted as fresh as you can expect from a fast food restaurant.
So I just got back to work with my food and they almost got my entire order wrong. Got the new hot and honey chicken sandwich to... try and got other stuff incase I didn't like the hot and honey. Well I wasn't a fan of the hot and honey (but it was correct)and all of my alternative food was wrong. Wrong sauces, wrong items, and wrong size. You have an app which offers me the ability to order in advance. I order my food I drive to the window and the guy at the window... says you were supposed to go through the drive-through like normal and let us know that you had an order waiting. So I drivearound the building and to the ordering window so that he can say ?we?re getting your order ready you can drive up now?. What?So you just made me drive-through so that the same person could tell me that they were getting my order ready. So I have twoquestions : why am I ordering in advance if you?re not gonna do anything until I arrive an order at the drive-through likenormal?
