Very slow drive thru and my shaved ice was delivered literally overflowing, getting syrup all over. It's probably understaffed... or untrained staff (although the employees were helpful and polite). Please try to retain and grow your good employees so I cancontinue to enjoy your sugary brain-freezes. Read more
It was late and I needed something right off the interstate. The man taking my order was patient, super friendly, and very... helpful. He said it would be the best shaved ice I'd ever had and he was right! They have awesome proprietary flavors, and tonsof flavor all the way through the dessert. I used to work here, so I know what the kokomoko is supposed to taste like. The one I got today was (and I hate to say it)... really bad. It was really icy and idk what went wrong but it was watery and flavorless aside from a slightly rancid chocolateflavor. Honestly disappointed. We ordered online, and they must have made it immediately after receiving the order because when we... picked them up (on time, 10 minutes after placing it) both were somewhat melted, causing the liquid to drip and spill out of thecups. The man working the counter ignored this as he shoved our tiny umbrellas in, soaking them as well. With the amount wepaid for the toppings, it did not equate the amount we received. My order was supposed to come with Cinnamon and sugar, which Ican assure you I didn?t receive because I couldn?t find it stuck to the top of our lids like the rest of the toppings were. I?msure the experience is worth better receiving the treat in person, but online (and potentially this location) is not worth it. Read more
