Slooooooow service, even if you're one of only two customers. Inside is usually locked, offering only drive-up service; on 4 out... of 5 visits over 14 days, the order-taker had me sit for over 3 minutes BEFORE taking my order so they could complete the orderfor the ONLY OTHER CAR ahead of me?! Out of frustration I began timing my visits and found that if there was nobody being servedat the actual window, but another car ahead of me at the order-kiosk, it still takes an average of 6 mins from the time theprevious car finishes placing their order until I receive my food and can leave; I'm an avid app user and I always pre-order,which should make things easier for them and faster for both of us! Why I still patronize them: food is consistent/good,pricing is fair (especially with app), and it's the only Wendy's close to work --- I just can't count them as Fast-food anymore! Read more
I love their lemonade! The strawberry is the best. And most of the time we get the nicest people. Occasionally it’s obvious... that the person at the window is having a bad day. The accuracy isn’t the best. I’m constantly missing items or havemodifications ignored. It’s 50/50. Read more
A team never just called me a B**** at my recent visit here. I have never been treated so rudely by a customer service... representative. Quick bite to eat? Don't waist your time!! Seems they don't work as a team. After waiting 7 minutes at the speaker then 7... minutes to get my chicken nuggets at the window. How about you go to get some training from the Chick-fil-a people. This girlthat waited on me seemed to have to go to her room to calm down. Just before I got my Chicken nuggets she hollered for somehelp but she used very colorful language. I don't think the public really knows what the word means.
