What an amazing eating experience! Was seated on the back patio by the water due to having a puppy. Great area of shaded tables,... view of marina and breezes. Stopped at this restaurant after a quick internet search for a restaurant with outdoor seating on the water. It turned out to... be a great decision! We arrived at around 3 on a beautiful Monday summer afternoon. The restaurant was busy even at that timeof day but we were seated right away. We chose to sit at the bar so that we would have an elevated, direct view of the harbor. I opted for a glass of peach sangria as a refreshing summer cocktail. It was a generous glass and was delicious. My friend andI both had the fish tacos. Again it was a generous, tasty portion with two tacos and a side of perfectly crispy French fries. On our tour of New England we landed in the town of Wickford, RI for an evening because USA Today listed it is the number one... small town in America. We walked downtown while we waited for our table at Wickford on the Water. The service was great. Thefood was delicious! I ordered the lobster cobb salad which was out of this world. Everything on it was the Beast it couldpossibly be. It was not a cheap salad because of the lobster meat but it was 100% worth it. Wickford on the Water is great place to stop in Wickford for a drink and/or bite to eat. It offers a beautiful view of water... with outdoor dining. We had ahi tuna tacos and fish tacos. Both were excellent! Super fresh and tasty. We have a dairyallergy, and our server was very helpful. She knew the menu and was able to help make accommodations. We felt totally safe withthe food!
