No registers open to accept cash (which is all i had on me). Manager states its due to a shift change. I work at a warehouse... and was getting an order for several people on my break. I don't go to Dunkin as much anymore nevertheless this time of year I do enjoy the occasional pumpkin spice donuts
I checked the DD app and it said that this store opened at 5 am. I arrived at 5:08 am and it still looked closed. As I'm... walking through the parking lot, I thought I saw a head go by, and it turned out that one of the workers was there. Cool, Ithought, they're open. Then I saw a second worker putting up donuts in a tray. It took about 10 minutes before either of themlooked up to see me standing at the door, I even waved! A few minutes later, the first worker says something I couldn't quitemake out, so she came closer to the door and said, "We're running late, we're closed." I said, "I can see that, when will youopen?" to which I never got an answer, so I walked away and went to work very disappointed. Read more
This is not my first visit at this particular DD, walked in finally after a few mins gone by I said can I place my order said... no, use the kiosk which didn?t even have on it what I wanted.
