Worst customer service anywhere! I?m prior active military so I?ve traveled around! I went through the drive thru because the... store closed its doors again! That?s another issue for another day! When I tried to place an order the female taking my orderwas beyond rude! Asking me every 10 seconds how many donuts I wanted even after I told her I had multiple people in my trucktrying to decide what they wanted. 5 stars for this particular Dunkin. People are super friendly that work there. They are the only Dunkin I can go to that will... make the frozen hot chocolate the correct way. Honestly customer service has gone seriously downhill. We have to order from a screen and some of the employees are rude, are... eating while handling food and swearing loudly. Also very long wait. The environment has definitely changed from how it used tobe. I hear the branford location has better service and quality.
