I went there for a bite and ordered a grilled cheese with bacon, before looking for the prices (my fault). I paid 16.27 (tip... included) for that. It was good but for those prices there are better alternatives. Read more
Great little deli gem of downtown New Haven. They close early tho so great for breakfast or lunch. The staff are wonderfully... helpful and quite attentive. It's nice.. Read more
Zoi's decided to swap out certain things we ordered for alternatives that were not commensurate. A danish vs. banana bread.... Coleslaw vs. Pasta salad. I called to ask what happened and they said they tried to call me but I had received zero missedcalls. I was then put on hold and then transfered to a completely different person who had no idea what my call was initiallyabout. It's not that difficult. Amazing! Highly recommend! Low key. Order at the counter, sit down and they bring it to you. Lots of sandwich choices. Salads... are huge and look delish. Chicken & waffles was a special today. Love! Not spicy ( I don?t like that zip in my C& W). Chickenwas perfectly crispy. Bacon crumble over top puts this over the top. Pleasant staff. Read more

First time here at Zoi's, craving some chicken and waffles for breakfast. I'm sorry to say that the food was a little... disappointing. There was nothing tender about the chicken tenders, the bacon was tough rather than crispy. I could say the sameabout the waffles, very tough and a little salty and sour. I'm not sure what happened there, I hope this was just a one off. Thewhole thing with coffee and tax and tip cost just over 20 bucks. There's wifi, staff were courteous, seating was plentiful.
