Honestly so disappointed in the transaction that just occurred. I placed an order online and had my boyfriend pick it up. When... he arrived, there was only ONE pickup order on the counter. An older man with dark hair asked him the name and he said ?I?msorry, my girlfriend ordered it, it?s either (my name) or (his name).? The man proceeded to say ?Well which one is it? It?sgoing to be hard to give you an order with no name.? My boyfriend told him he thinks its (my name) and he still gave him a hardtime. The manager saw that he was giving him a hard time and walked over, handed him the ONLY order, and said ?have agoodnight.? I?m not sure why the male employee decided to give him such a hard time but it was ridiculous and there wasn?t evena way to review the service on the app where I ordered the food. Read more
