Can I get a hamburger on white toast please? This is essentially what you get for $9. It was a decent burger with some good... flavor. What you are really paying for is the opportunity to sample the prestige that is Louis' Lunch. Founded in the 1800s andquite possibly the genesis of the American hamburger, this place has a great historic feel to it. I like watching the burgersbeing cooked on a century old cooker. Definitely a spot to stop and try the famous first hamburger build. The flavor and juiciness of the burger was amazing and made... it! They use the same style of stoves and the seating was nice. If I ever go back to New Haven, I will definitely be going backhere!! Read more
