I ordered the food in this place for the first time and I didn’t get my food because I was couple of minutes late to pick up... the food and they were in hurry to close before 11pm. After I called to place an order they called me 5 time to ask me whereI’m and how long with take in 15 min. I understand they want to leave work soon but at the same time I think that they shouldfollow their open hours ! Read more
My go-to for Chinese food. Always fresh & piping hot. The absolute best boneless spare ribs of any Chinese restaurant in the... state. Very meaty. Not too much fat. And fantastic smoke flavor. Orders are always correct and ready in a timely fashion. Happyfamily dish is a great variety of beef, chicken, pork & shrimp. Along with several different veggies. First of all, if I order delivery and pay for it, it’s for a reason. I have a special needs adult and cannot step out at... times. I placed an order for chicken teriyaki. Not asking for much. I called because the chicken was burnt and the rice wasuncooked. No flavor whatsoever. I call back and the guy I talk to says, if you want a new order you have to pick it up. I tellhim my situation. After debating back and forth with him, to bring me another order. He says: I hope you tipped the driver good,because now I have to send him back. Tipped him $5 btw What kinda customer service is this!! I called back and told him I didnot want the order. That I was not gonna ever order from here again.
