The hours say they are open at 9:30 (10 on specific days) , every day for the past week I?ve been calling them about 20 mins... after they?re supposedly supposed to be open and no answer whatsoever, go over there and they?re closed. I like the sandwiches but this location isn?t my favorite. There?s this employee that is just very lazy and rude. Also don?t do... curbside when this guy is here because he won?t do it, he?ll just pop his head out the door and tell you to come in even whenthe store is completely empty. Sandwich was good but attitude went alittle far, work is hard to control. Overall shop was clean, food was food and I wasn't... ripped off. Something about new britain subways not taking coupons tho... that's going to hurt ratings. Read more

Worst subway ever been to in my entire 52 yrs of life ordered steak and cheese footlong he filled the steak dish less then... halfway other subways use 2 full dishes for a footlong.he had to try to cover the bread with the steak it didn't fully coverthe grinder roll not even enough steak for a six inch.took forever 20 min.didnt accept coupons. Answered his cell phone whilemaking my sandwich. I t cost almost 13$ for about 4$ sandwich. Never again will I go there don't waste your money or time I amso angry I want my money back or atleast half of it because that is what I got 4$ footlong for 13$$$.I am going to try to find acorporate office to complain but I think they are privately owned.
