Always a great fast paced location but when they hire a new person it's really slow.
No drive thru at this location so the employees are not distracted by that BS.
I was definitely not pleased stopping at this location and I will never come back to this one. First of all there was nowhere to... park it is such a small parking lot and as soon as I got out of my car I had a man come up to me and ask me for change. Whatalso is not appealing is that you have people sitting outside on the sidewalk drinking their coffee they look like homelesspeople I will definitely not come back to this location. Read more
The staff is super friendly here with one exception. There is one girl I have seen be incredibly unprofessional, and she caused... me to lose my temper this AM I made a silly joke that she considered in appropriate and rudely commented on. I have seen thiswoman more than egg on a fight between two seniors who were pushing each other around. This woman came out from behind thecounter and pumper her fist and chanted ?fight?. The ?new manager ? as she calls her self is very confrontational. I asked the girl at the window if I have to come inside and... buy gift cards and she said no she can do them at the window. I guess the ?new manager ? didn?t like that . She stormed over tothe window and said and I quote ?hi I?m the new manager and you can?t buy gift cards at the window.? I told her to tell that tothe girl and I quote again ?I?m telling you.? Months went by and I went inside this morning and again the ?new manager ? wasthere doing what she does best. The girl at the register took my order for a bagel , hot chocolate and 2 donuts I waited my hotchocolate came out I waited and watched them make sandwiches for 4 customers I asked for my donut and the girl forgot what kindof donut I had ordered because it?s been so long. I looked over and the guy making the sandwiches was standing, arms foldeddoing absolutely nothing. I asked about my bagel and again I had to tell him what I ordered at this point he started to make mybagel but wait here comes the ? new manager ? asking me to be patient. Instead of apologizing because you and I mean you as ateam forgot my bagel. She kept going on about how they?re busy.
