Ordered stuffies but had to pay extra for tartar sauce because it doesn?t come with it. Ordered clam chowder and lobster bisque... and only got one cracker bag to put in it?not worth $ to get the stuff if you can?t get condiments and things with them?The foodwas yummy though, tasted good! Read more
Lunch in Galilee during the summer is always a treat. Hadn?t been to Jimmy?s in a few years so decided to give it a try.... Portions are HUGE and the scallops were delicious. Two dissatisfiers?..first is the 3.9% surcharge for using a credit card.Lunch was not cheap - $32 for lunch and a beer and the added charge for using a modern method of payment seemed a bit much. Fried food is kind of salty, so during lunch I got up and ordered a bottle of water. It was three dollars for a bottle of waterthat costs $2.50 per case in the market. Great place for a meal after a day of relaxing at the beach. We ordered clam chowder, clam cakes, 2 seafood combo platters, and... a grilled cheese for the lil guy. Everything was fresh, hot and tasty! The lines can get a bit long due to the high foot trafficbut it's definitely worth a try and the wait. We had so much food left over.
