They gave me a bacon cheeseburger with no meat. Not sure how you manage to do that.. yet you want to be paid $15 an hour.... Genuinely baffles me. Not even good customer service when they mess up an order you paid for. ???? Read more
Using the digital board--when it is working--is fine, but being completely ignored is not acceptable, nor the point of the... board. After ordering, we needed cups, but everyone kept their backs to us the entire time in a n effort to avoid contact. 2crew members and what appeared to be a shift manager (woman, short very red hair) all worked on the same dirty machine together,while still assisting the drive thru. The shift manager was very gruff with the shift member fixing the machine from the floor.When the manager brought and order foward to be picked up, I asked if we may have our cups and her response was short, "in amoment." She stood there, staring around, waiting for the pick-up. Mind you, it looked like the set-up was to have the foodbrought to the table with the number. The customer eventually came up and got thier food. Then we were handed our cups without aword. Just a cold, kinda rude, and unsanitary experience. And, all the tables were a little dirty. 10/16/2022 9:38 am The manager Ashley was way less then helpful with an extremely HORRIBLE ATTITUDE when she was asked for help... on an almost $200 order from a clearly new employee. Then after fixing the large order 3 different times because she did itwrong, she gave me 20 child size cups instead of 20 small size. Not a super big deal but not what I paid for. Then when I askedfor drink carriers for 20 drinks she glared at me and demanded one of the other workers grab them for me. I bet they spit onevery sandwich and forgot some too ???? I thought I was being helpful by going into the lobby with such a large order and shemade the experience a horrible one. I feel bad for the employees that have to be around her. Read more

The "manager" was being very rude as I was giving my order she told me to hold on. As I waited for a good 5 min I kept saying... hello cars were lining up as they only had one side open she finally asked if I been helped!?! Told her I was cut off fromgiving my order she didn't even apologize then began getting my small order wrong over and over I said my order for the lasttime then she said "okay god" very rudely as I went up to pay the guy worker said that my order was canceled because I wasbeing rude I was like what I'm pretty sure she was rude the guy looked back and said yeah she's not having a good day.
