Employees are friendly. Drinks are good. Only reason I didn?t rate five stars is because sometimes the line is very long and... there is only one person working at the Starbucks. This has happened quite a lot. Read more
I stood in line for over 30 minutes and only one person had gotten their drink before me the whole 30 minutes I was there. There... was only one worker making the drinks and the other worker was standing there complaining about how she was supposed to be offalready but she had other things to do but didn?t care to help even though she saw that the girl making the drinks wasstruggling! I several people were upset and after being in line for a half an hour I left! It?s understandable that everywhereis short staffed but it is ridiculous for a worker to watch someone struggle and see that there is a line that is not moving andnot care to help ! I have never in my life given a restaurant a bad review but this Starbucks is is constantly disappointing meand it?s rare when I have a good experience with them and it was not OK! Read more
