Cashier did not charge the correct amount. After handing her my card and it was swiped and given back and my phone acknowledge... the charge on my account she called her managet over and he worked on it but instead of telling me that she made a mistake whichevery person does she stated Your card did not go through I need to swipe it again ....when you tell me a fib I do not trustyou. Never ordering Door Dash from them again. I had to get a partial refund and then reorder to get all my food. And I ended up... having to pay more than the refund covered. And this isn't the first time. They've earned this review. Next time I'm just gonnadrive in and not leave until I get my food. I wish I could choose to order from a different Arby's. Read more

Food and service was good, but was hoping to cool down. No ice in the drink dispenser in the dining room, but the employees... were able to have ice in their cups as they came out for their break. Not sure why they weren't offering to put ice in cups asthey handed them out. Dining room needs some window shades - thermostat said 87 degrees indoors. Read more
