I came in Friday night and was greeted as soon as my family walked in. We had Olivia as my server. She was very friendly and... provided quick service. It was a very happy and positive atmosphere. I ordered the brisket melt and it was cooked amazingly,served hot, with beautiful presentation. We heard the cooks in the back preform great team work and communication with orders.Another server, Mina, came around multiple times to tip our mugs off with hot coffee. My son ordered a milkshake , and it cameback around within only a few short minutes! The booths were very clean and the staff maintained cleaning miscellaneous thingsin their spare time. I came in at about 11pm today the manager on duty was working with all the staff making sure everything was to what he said to... standards. He was helping cook. Helping customers. Unfortunately, we arrived at a time which lead to a 45 minute wait for food when we were hoping for an hour lunch during a... workday. I got a steak cob salad which tasted fine. The steak was WELL done if you like that. The ice tea had soured but sheremoved that charge from my bill without question. Staff was nice enough and but did not refill drinks during the long wait forservice. When the food did come out she quickly returned with missing cutlery and a sauce request.
