I usually like coming here for a quick bite when shopping. Today's experience though made me question the training during the... hiring process. It has always been a hit or miss with employees here but today was different. - I asked what sauces they hadfor their pretzels- not realizing it was on the menu. The employee said "we have ALL the sauces." And I asked what are they? Theemployee said well vanilla glaze and (something else) glaze. They didn't say any others so I asked if they have cheese, employeesaid yes. I then (finally) noticed the list on their menu but was disappointed that they didn't at least direct me to it. Ithought well maybe they're new. - Employee said it will be a 5 minute wait because the "pretzels have been in the warmerforever." I thought that was nice so I said thank you a fresh one sounds nice. Except...they then told me what time they had putthem in there (it was about 3 hours). 3 hours? I would have been happy to buy them, they threw away the two that was left infront of me. I hope this is not a regular thing...such a waste! -Employee put the pretzel in and I waited. 5-10 minutes go byand my pretzel is ready. The color looks a bit off but I'm like maybe it has something to do with the butter. I start eating andit's clearly undercooked. I take it over to show the employee. They apologize and say yeah that does look a bit undercooked. SoI look at them like..waiting for something. They say "I can give you some pretzel nuggets? The other one is also probablyundercooked." So I just recommend that they should put the other one in the oven because that's raw dough and shouldnt beserved. Before I accept or decline the nuggets they just say okay sorry about that It'll just be a few minutes for the pretzel-takes the other undercooked one and puts it in the oven. The lady working on October 3rd wasn't very nice. Seemed like she was chatting with someone behind the counter who also said to... a customer that she didn't work there anymore. Had a long time to wait time for two drinks and two pretzel bites. It was thelongest wait I've ever had to wait there. Read more
Didn?t have hardly anything left and was trying to close at 4:45. Sorry but this was the time of day people are going to grab... something to eat and the website says closes at 6:00pm. Change the website or close at that time. Also didn?t get my drink andwhen asked the person said they were stressed out.
