Gross and disappointing. Went to lunch with friends and requested onions. Sandwich came and no onions. Requested onions again... and after having asked for a decently large portion, I received two sad slivers in a plastic condiment cup. The onions were solimp, it was obvious they'd been cut long ago and stored in a fridge (not fresh). Fries were greasy and limp. The restaurant wasmostly empty, but the hostess sat another group right next to us (awkward!). Waitress brought the checks before we were doneeating. I hate fast food and this was pretty much on par with Jack in the Box, Wendys, etc. Won't be back. Oh, and on tap beerwas pretty flat. Read more
B Dubs in Moscow Idaho is the best place to catch a nice meal and enjoy some sports games on the TVs. Food here is always great... and the staff is always friendly and make sure we're having a great time. Definitely one of the best restaurant and baratmospheres in the local area. Read more
My husband and I had a craving for wings and decided to order BWW for take out. We placed our order online at 4PM and was... informed by the website that our order would be ready for pick up at 4:40PM. We arrived at BWW a couple minutes early at 4:36PMand my husband went in to pick up our order. He was told that it would be 10-15 minutes. Understandable as they were obviouslybusy tonight. After waiting 45 minutes, my husband finally went up to the counter to find out what was going on, to be told thatthey didn't have our order. We were very confused as when we arrived, we were told 10-15 minutes, but if they never received ourorder, how would they have known that? Either the restaurant genuinely never received our order and lied to my husband about thewait, or they did have our order, and gave it to another customer. At this point, we were told to re-order, meaning we wouldneed to pay for the order twice, which is absolutely unacceptable as we showed the employee our confirmation email, which wasproof of our order existing and proof that we had already paid for it. We were then told that they would comp the order.However, the comp was applied to the second order we had to place. Overall, we waited at the restaurant for an hour, making thetotal time from order to eating 2 hours. When we arrived home, the carrots and celery I requested weren't in our bag. At thispoint, we won't be eating or ordering from here again. I don't appreciate being lied to as the issue of them not receivingorder could've easily been rectified when we checked in to pick it up in the first place. No attempt to make this right was madeby the staff and while I don't believe the meal should have been free, waiting in a restaurant for an hour for a pickup orderplaced 40 minutes prior is ridiculous. Experience wasn?t the greatest but that is because we are not huge fans of meat. We are currently in a shelter and we were given... a gift card to eat there. Told they had vegan/vegetarian options. Unfortunately for us when we went they weren?t serving thoseoptions till after 3pm. The wings were still outstanding. The Mac n cheese was also delicious. The waitress was so very nice.The overall experience was wonderful and we would love to return at some point. Read more
