Our food sat under the warmers, DYING, for at least 20 minutes. Which led to the salmon being overdone, it was white not the... pink it should have been. Au jus was lukewarm. Appetizer came out 2 minutes prior to the 3 entree's. We spent a total of 1.5hours here, only having any food the last 25 minutes of that. It was a Monday night at 5:15 - 5:30. This wasn't a kitchenissue, the food would have been good if it had been picked up in a timely manner. This was a server issue. Maybe he is new...?Other sections had people seated, served, and cashed out before we had our food. We were celebrating a birthday and chose to goelsewhere for dessert. There's a male server in that establishment that finds it entertaining to tamper / contaminate customers food. This particular... individual stuffed a 3 maybe 4 inch french fry in the bottom of my sour cream in the small dipping cup how did he not see that?And from my experience as an ex-waiter if i saw that or felt anything off in my customers food that I prepared i wouldn't use itbut No this individual stuffed and crammed then topped it off and gave it to me I waited for him to come back from the hangoutand party he never did so i had to ask his co-worker to get him and when i brought it to his attention he acted as though it wasa joke in fact when he returned with next to nothing for dipping sauce he said "heres a new uncontaminated one i made sure foryou" with a grin.. jokes on him that was the moment i told him zero for a tip wanna be ignorant, YOU WON! So my youngest and I came for dinner and got seated fairly quick. Then we sat for 15 minutes waiting, multiple servers walked by... including the manager. Nobody said a word to us. No ?we will be with as soon as we can?, nothing! So we got up and left, nobodynoticed. After leaving I called in to just let the manager know why we walked out. He answers the phone and as soon as I got towe just walked out of, he hung up on me. That?s to me is one of the most disrespectful things you ca. do. Needless to say myfamily will not be going back. Food was cold and service was terrible... server didn't bring any napkins or silverware. We asked the server for some and then... he disappeared for 5 minutes. They also brought out our dessert right during the middle of us eating dinner... we got the allyou can eat chicken wings and only got 1 plate a peice due to the server not returning(we waited 15 minutes)... never got anyrefills on our drinks either. This place is absolutely ridiculous. We ate there early at 5pm expected to beat the rush and sure enough there weren't many... people here so it was great. But they took over an hour to give us our food and it was cold. I was going to tell the waiterimmediately about it but it took another solid 20 mins before I even saw the waiter to say anything. When we told them whathappened, the waiter just looked sheepishly at us asking if he could just get us a new plate of food without apologizing oranything. Not only that, within 5 minutes, he came back and asked if we were ready for boxes as if he was trying to hurry us outthe door instead. That wasn't the only time. Another time we ordered meals to go and they gave us the wrong meal. At least theywere gracious the other time and offered to give us a discount the next time we went there. Read more
