The biscuits and gravy have been taking a nosedive for the last 6 months, and this morning was a waste of time and money. The... biscuits are doughy and taste awful, and the "gravy" has turned into white water with way too much salt in it. Not sure whatthese guys changed but it's awful. Maybe try the Jack's in Odenville or Leeds, because this one ain't it, Chief. Read more
2 weeks ago I ordered a 3 piece chicken finger plate. I could only eat one piece,the other two was so tough I couldn't bite... into them. Today I ordered the same dinner with mashed potatoes and green beans. When I got home and opened it there was 3pieces of dark meat, which I don't eat, and a biscuit that was so hard I could not bite into. I will never go back to Jack's inMoody. Read more
My chicken and fries were not hot enough. I would have asked for a re-do, but I was tired after having had surgery a few days... before. I'll be more vigilant next time. We didn't have to wait, however, for our order. The staff was friendly. Read more
11 months ago I gave this particular store a 3 ? rating for v e r y s l o w service. Earlier this evening my fiancé stopped... here to pick up a chicken strip kids meal for our toddler. He came in, handed me the meal, I proceeded to open the bag to get itout & put it onto a plate when I was instantly frustrated. Look, I know this is a kids meal, but geez! 12 fries?! That's it?!And no Rice Krispie Treat, (haven't received one with the kids meal for about a month & a half, probably equivalent to 4-5times, including this meal)! Get it together guys! Train your staff better! And if management's the one responsible foreverything, I believe corporate needs to retrain them or replace them. Read more
