Food was good but service by the general manager was unfortunately poor. He tried rushing my order with no one in line behind... me. He asked if I wanted a combo I said no. I said I'll take a mozzarella stick and before I could say 4 piece he had 6 alreadyrung up. I then asked for a water and he put it into a combo with a bottled water. With his rushing to get my order done ittook just as long to change as it would have had he been patient. He does not seem like a manager I would work for and I feelbad for his employees with the little interaction I had with him today. Read more
Man arby expensive these days. They told me they brought back potato cakes. Instead of tender, juicy, grimy potato cakes I... revived a handful of nuggets. I asked for a 2 for six and they charged me 7 dollars. Then I chowed down on a my food. It wassuper good. They did miss pronounce the word gyro which I found unacceptable. I bet they don?t even care about the Greekculture. There market fresh stuff tastes like market unfresh. Customer service was really good. It only took 15 mins to handout my meal. Nuggets are bad. I bet the people in the back forgot to put enough seasoning and batter on the chicken. My shakewas good. Chocolate best flavor and Jamaica flavor tastes like coffee, not Jamaica. :( I always enjoy the smell of arbys in themorning. Reminds me of a nursing home. I don?t know how they do it, but I come in every other day for breakfast hoping theywill recognize me. They never do. When the people make the horsey sauce in the back I wish they were to put more of the spicystuff in it rather than the water. They need more people. Last time I came in there was just one person in the front doingeverything. I actually offered to come back there and help them but they refused because of ?safety standards.? Went to the Minnetonka location and the employee Breden ran me down while I was down the road. He delivered my daughter's... chicken nuggets. I thanked him over and over. Guy was exhausted. They really need more help. Read more
