Best buffalo sandwich I've ever had. Great atmosphere for a fast food place.
This is definitely one of the better Paneras I have been to! The staff are nice and friendly. The food is standard Panera fare.... The layout is just a bit weird (the entrances are kind of on either end. So if you come in one side you have to walk throughlike a galley area to get to the counter. A bit confusing the first time) Seating is plentiful and they even have nice outdoorseating! Even when it was pretty packed this morning with the lunch rush, the ordering queue was moving quickly and there werestill enough tables to sit at. The only con is that the air conditioning was way too cold the first time I was there. But nottoo bad! They also seem to be well stocked and not dirty unlike other Paneras I?ve seen. I have a couple of complaints about this Panera location. I want to start by saying that my boyfriend and I have never ordered... from this Panera before today. First, the website is not user friendly on a Mac. We were able to see almost none of the screenand were asked many questions before we could even check out (want to add a smoothie? Want to add a cookie or muffin? Want todonate money?). Second, our order was set for 6:30pm. Fast forward to 6:50pm and he finally got the order. He asked a workerwhat happened to our order and she stated only that she would grab her manager. They did not keep my boyfriend updated with whatwas going on at all. He was standing there waiting for 20 minutes while they searched for the order! Finally, they came out withour order and the manager smiled, but truthfully that doesn?t make things right in our eyes. We will not be ordering from thislocation again, which disappoints me because we live no more than a mile away. I want to also add that I understand manyrestaurants are short staffed; however, we ordered two bowls of soup and one baguette 45 minutes in advance. Where could thisorder possibly have gone? Purchased this Whole Roasted Turkey & Avocado BLT sandwich from Panera. Although the sandwich was well made, the turkey seemed... questionable, it had a very strong odor and odd taste. I am not sure if that?s what the turkey should smell like but I justcouldn?t stand it. I took out the turkey and was able to enjoy the sandwich. Fair experience overall. Read more

If you want to pay 20$ for a bad sandwich with hardly any meat on it then this is your place! What a joke. The steak and cheese... sandwich probably cost them 2$ total. American people are just dumb enough to pay it. This is my 1st and last time eating atthis trash restaurant. This is what happens when the minimum wage is raised.
