I went to this Wendy?s at 1:15 am. I didn?t expect much much but I?m used to the team being courteous and helpful. Not only... did the woman taking my order not know what she was doing but she very discourteous and rude. She fumbled around for i don?tknow how long to find cups to put drinks in and was very abrupt and short when asked questions regarding my order. She not onlyforgot to give me items on my order but she also was very rude and unfriendly when asked about the mistake. I understand it waslate and staff doesn?t want to deal with people at this hour but it was a rather horrible experience for me. I love coming tothis pilot Wendy?s after a long night of work and rewarding myself with a delicious baconator but I?d rather go to a McDonaldsor anywhere else and get a better customer experience. I?m sure you all will ignore this review so I?m encouraging all my peersand others who had like wise experiences to speak up. Read more

One of the worst service recieved, ordered a Dave's single combo meal and a baked potatoe, sat and waited for 15 minutes and all... the food was cold, tried to call to complain, no one picked up the phone. One of the worst fast food restaurants around. Read more

I went to this Wendy?s for lunch and waited in the drive thru for over 20 minutes. I made a complaint at the microphone for how... long they were taking and I got screamed at by one of this restaurant?s psycho employees. She was dropping f-bombs and callingme an a-hole. I cancelled my order as I refuse to give business to a place with such rude and unprofessional staff. The ladythen said she wouldn?t give me my order (even though I?d already cancelled) and she screamed out the window once again as I wasleaving calling me an ?effing a-hole?. The whole gas station heard her. I will be complaining to corporate as well and will notgo to any Wendy?s anywhere until this looney lady is fired and whole staff retrained.
