Had a buddy of mine order over the mobile app, wasn't sure if it was drive thru or walk-in so i went drive thru. As soon as I'm... at the window one employee decided to yell from the back very clearly ?I hate people who order mobile for walk in and go throughthe drive through.? Well.. to you sir i hate rude people and learn some professionalism. If i did that at my place of work itwouldn't fly. I went to this Dunkin? Donuts drive thru and simply asked if they had pumpkin spice and what I received was the most rudest... comment I have ever received from one of their employees. He responded that there is no pumpkin spice until the fall and to notask him that question until then. My jaw dropped as I never expected that rude response from him. I went inside to ask for amanager and they said there was none so I told him off and left!!! Wth Read more
