Take any adjective that is synonymous with the word horrible and you will get a perfect description of this Taco Bell. Now... listen, this has nothing to do with the food because that is what it is: you're going to Taco Bell. What it does have to do withis the fact that I've driven through the drive-thru there four times career. Have only been able to place an order there once.For those of you keeping score at home, that is 25%. Only 25% of the time that I have entered the drive-thru have I been able toorder something. So if you are the owner of this franchise and you are wondering why you can't afford that upgraded build outthat Taco Bell keeps telling you they want it's because your "system are down" or whatever excuse that your employees arehanding out that day. August 2022. STAFF is RUDE!!! They have such a bad attitude, even rolled their eyes at the window when paying and picking up the... order. Ordered from the drive thru and kept getting rushed while hearing the person taking the order obviously huffing andpuffing. I ordered two #1?s but asked for it to be veggie. The order was correct on the screen (see pic of receipt) but what Igot were dry empty taco shells. Once we got to the window it was more annoyance as if placing an order is bothering them. Itwasn?t only the cashier that rolled their eyes, a guy got close to the window and gave a look of disgust. It was almost 10pm,and I understand you?re getting paid minimum wage but if you don?t like your job that much, you really need to get a differentone. Stay in school kids. Read more
Absolutely the worst Taco Bell. They take 15+ minutes to complete an order. You can actually watch your life tick away on their... order counter as car after car pile up in line. They don't even light the store at night. They apparently want it to lookclosed. They take your money, toss a bag through the window and slam it in your face. Dont bother asking for sauces and expecthalf your order to be missing and the other half inedible. If you work there please quit. Read more
I come here regularly (because I love taco bell and this location is closest to my home) and there is always an issue. Either... the order being wrong, items missing in the order, the staff being blatantly rude, the staff limiting the order to 3 items, thestaff saying at the drive through you have to come inside to order, then going inside and the order taking 15+ minutes even whenthere's no line? Always something. And I hate leaving negative reviews but at this point it's happened probably over a dozentimes and figured others should be warned. Read more
