Awful experience, if i could give it 0 stars, i would, employees are rude and have horrible verbal communication, very laid back... management. Turns out my burger was spit on, i knew there was something shady about these staff members, so i opened my burgerand i was right, spit inside. I?ve came here many times and will not return. You can die waiting in this line. Staff is annoyed by your presence. When you finally get to the pick up window (which is the... only way to order as the dine in area looks like a shelter and the car hop is closed down), you realize it's a party in there.Trash all over the place and everyone is laughing (probably because they can't believe you waited in line that long). This place is closed and I don?t even think it?s in business anymore. There are signs on the door saying their inside dining is... indefinitely closed and then you go through the drive-through and they have signs that they are out of certain food items. Iordered through the app for a pick up not even knowing that it wasn?t even functioning showed up and no one is here even thoughit says it is supposed to be open at 10 AM. Now I have to go through my bank and dispute the charge because there is no way torefund my money through the SONIC app. This is absolutely insane. Read more
Went this past Sunday afternoon and had the worst experience. Doors were locked so drive thru was the only option. Waited in the... line for about 25 minutes just to get to the intercom and be told that they aren't selling the new promotional drink. Decided tocontinue with my order. Get to the pickup window, and multiple employees are congregating at the window, but nobody acknowledgesmy presence or takes the payment, after about 6 minutes of waiting. Drove 5 miles out of my way for some tots, sat in the drive-through for a couple of minutes with no one acknowledging me, so... then I went to a pull-up window for five minutes without any answer before before trying the drive-through again since therewere four cars now in line, and none of us were answered or served either.
