Placed our order in drive thru and nobody showed up at the window for over 5 minutes so we left.
I am addicted to their iced caramel coffee. I also love their hot coffee and munchkins...especially the glazed and jelly.
Tried to order but was rudely interrupted and spoken over by the girl on the microphone to where I had to repeat myself multiple... times until some guy turned on his microphone and proceeded to SCREAM into it to pull forward as if I was done with my order.The best part was after repeating myself and clarifying with this guy who just screamed at me multiple times, still getting thewrong order.
