I came into your location off of the highway and was assisted by Tae. There were a line of customers at 6:30am and she was the... only employee working. She was professional, upbeat and polite. She got the customers taken care of in lightening speed and alsodemonstrated core customer service skills. I will be back to recruit her for my company. This women deserves a raise or apromotion. Stopped by for a lemonade was asked by the clerk what size? I asked her what size is available she said only Large trying to be... smart! There were no straws on the outside so I asked her for a straw she is asking me what else is missing and another smartcomment I thought you could not see because you are wearing shades!!! Both employees are using their phones and taking too long. As well as my drink being made properly then she weirdly allows... herself explaining the problem with our drinks to be interrupted by the person on the phone. Terrible customer service alsogiving other customers attitude. Read more
I have felt the need to write a review of a Dunkin? Donuts, but the patience and professionalism I saw demonstrated today from... several of the people working there in the face of some of the rudest customers I have ever seen has gotten me to this point.The three customers (same order) in front of me were trying to talk over each other to order, and never clarified their orderafter they placed it, and then berated the workers as a group when they forgot to put cream in one of their coffees. Thecustomer after me never specified how he wanted his wife?s coffee made, so they made on black, and his wife had a nearconniption fit in the four seconds it took them to add milk. (For the record, I asked for oatmilk in my coffee, and gotoatmilk.) Both of these instances were handled with the kind of grace and patience most people reserve for infants?althoughgiven the maturity level of those customers, maybe that was merited. I specifically want to give a shout out to the young ladywith pink hair who apologized to me for the wait, even though it was not at all her fault?thank you! Give these workers araise, Dunkin. My family and I were passing by and decided to take a break and use the restroom after several hours of driving from NC. I was... indecided to place an order but Tiffany, who had just clocked out and was about to leave, stopped and ask me if I was going toplace an order with such professionalism and smile. She helped me place my order, and then Monisha showed up and finalized myorder. She too was also extremely helpful and polite. Those 2 have my 5 star review and deserve more.
