Food was good. Wait staff at the bar were polite but short staffed by 3 people so super busy. The 6oz filet seemed to be a 12 oz... sliced in half and was super thin. Scotch selection could be improved. Read more
Always a good and pleasant dining experience in this restaurant. Quality and well seasoned steak and salmon cooked to... perfection. Bread, salad and side dish were perfect and tasted fresh. The restaurant is clean and well maintained. And most ofall, the staff were very respectful, professional and on point in checking on us. Huge parking lot too. Read more
First time here and it was wonderful! They sat us within 15 minutes which was nice considering it was the busiest time of the... day. The food came out quickly and was cooked well the ribeye and the New York were both very good. The manager helped us fillout a survey so we could get a free dessert which was probably the best part of our meal! Read more
well, to start our waitress was amazing. she did all she could. we first arrived & waited about 30-35 minutes that was... supposedly a 15 min wait. people were being sat before us that showed up after us. so i questioned the host & told her i hadn?tgot a text to be seated. maybe they had the wrong number? i?m not sure what happened exactly. well we finally got seated,ordered an appetizer which was delicious. we ordered our steaks medium well & medium rare with sautéed mushroom. waited 45minutes to get our steaks & both came out completely well done & burnt no mushrooms. so we had them sent back & remade. thefirst two were not even edible. well our waitress brought out our mushrooms with no steaks because they were still being made.our mushrooms sat our for about 15-20 minutes getting cold without our steaks. FINALLY got our steaks again & both were welldone? again? they were busy , but come on? this place isn?t cheap. so whatever i left it as is. extremely disappointed, as thiswas our first time at long horn steakhouse..
