Very impressed! Owner Fred is awesome checks on you multiple times he picks up the fish fresh from the airport daily in the... morning and none of the food is ever frozen it?s made fresh! Always a favourite place to eat some great European food! Nate took great care of us. We ordered a giant pretzel and crab cakes... to start with. My boyfriend got the prime rib and I chose the fish and chips. Everything was delicious, hot and more than wecould eat. We had to get boxes to take home for the next day. My first visit to Bohemian Brewery and I was highly impressed. An excellent option if you?re in the Midvale or Salt Lake City... area. An authentic German feel with a good selection of Craft Beer & food. All of the beer was good, my personal favorite beingthe Viennese. Wandered in with some colleagues on a Tuesday night and was impressed by the atmosphere. A full house but notmuch of a wait, we were able to snag a seat at the bar right away.
