I like the food in Freddy's. It was my first time though to try replacing the regular buns for their burgers with lettuce. It is... ok but the lettuce itself is not as fresh and crisp. Fries is good as expected. Read more

Burger were good but you definitely need the double patty. They are very thin individually and kinda lost in the bun as a... single. Fries were good and crisp. However, the shake was absolutely the star. I got their key lime pie shake and it wasprobably the best shake I've ever had in my life....and I'm a voluptuous lady, so I've had many shakes. Read more
Me, my wife, & my sister stopped by this place for the first time to try their custard out. Ordered two different ones. My... sister wanted to try it and I had asked the lady if we could add another of one of the ones we had ordered. Mind you - THERE WASNO ONE BEHIND US at the drive thru. She then tells me, ?sorry, we cannot add anything to the order at the window..? I asked,?why not? There is no one behind us.? She simply said, ?I?m sorry but I can?t? so then I asked, ?do I really have to go all theway around to order one more custard?? She said yes. Frustrated as we were I paid for my order and drove back around. I don?tthink she knew her mic was on but her and another co worker we?re laughing as we pulled up. My sister and wife went off at thetwo at the window. We never swore but we were professional as my sister works in customer service as well. Definitely our firstand last time coming to this place! We discovered Freddy?s while living in Texas and it quickly became a regular stop for us. We stop here to eat whenever we are... close, but due to the distance, it is not near as often. The food is always excellent and satisfying. The staff is usually veryfriendly. I stopped by Saturday night (11/26/2022) 9:30 pm with my kids and the first thing we noticed was that the restaurantsmelled pretty bad. Kind of like an old mop. The floor was a mess and the restroom really needs some attention. The food wasfantastic, but the smell was a bit distracting. I had noticed the odor during a previous visit, but I had hoped it was a one-offtype situation. I hope the cleanliness is addressed soon. Read more
