Cold Stone creamery is always good. Plenty of choices. This Union fort location had Friendly staff and clean lobby. Restrooms... are clean also. It's also handicap accessible if needed. I'm parking is close to the door. Read more

Took the family in for a birthday treat. We all got the large and we all shared. Staff was great and very patient with my kids.... Ice cream was amazing and perfect for a summer treat. My favorite was the mint chocolate chocolate I would highly recommend ityou getting a treat. I could only eat half. The kids got the Oreo one. Read more
*Edit Is been 7 months now with no resolution. I have reached out 5 or 6 times. I've emailed, called, and talked to Spencer... directly, being told each time let me get back to you, and I will make sure you get the refund you deserve. I am ratherdisappointed because i thought there would actually be some kind of resolution... I left a review on uber eats, but since thereis no way to see those reviews, I will leave it here as well. Uber eats was good. Cold Stone was not. We ordered 2 love itsizes. We also asked to have them put in blast freezer, since it was offered, to keep them more frozen for the 2 mile drivefrom the restaurant. When we received them, they were runny and leaking from around the lid. It seems like they made them, andset them on the counter to melt until the driver picked them up. Definitely not "blast frozen". The second issue we had is thatwe ordered the surrender to strawberry ice cream. In the pictures it shows large chunks of yellow cake in the ice cream.. ourscame looking like it had been through a blender.. there were a few particles of cake intermixed with ice cream and a handful ofsmall frozen strawberries.. Disappointing to say the least. While I can recommend Cold Stone normally, I would not recommendthis location. Read more
