The BEST vegan chicken I've ever had! Very crispy and flavorful breading that actually stays on, all the sauces are wonderful as... well, i got them on the side so I could try everything. Great place with a full regular and vegan menu. You can grab the same items on either side. You can't do that at most places.... There are usually vegan options but more of a specialty. This place takes care of the entire family. Very reasonable prices. Iwish they would bring their business down to New London. We drive at least 45 minutes every so often just to eat there! When asked what is up, the owner was rude and passive... aggressive that is is posted to social media, which when I checked it was not. It takes 1 minute to update your voice-mailmessage to say we are closed the week of or day or whatever. Do better at customer service, what a disappointment. Edited forresponse: As you can see the professional level BB Wings and things conducts itself by reading the response, writing in all caps(shouting) trying defend a position they never claimed to have, if there was extenuating circumstances that is one thing, but ifyou had time to respond to my email that day, you had plenty of time to be courteous to those that wish to visit your place byupdating your voicemail (taking less than a minute) and website to reflect closure. I was pointing out how to provide bettercustomer service, instead you proved you do not care. So be it, and for passive aggressive, I quote "Please note, our socialmedia and Google business page(s) have reflected that we are closed this week. Advance notice was provided."
