I have to say sometimes you just have to have a Mac and fries!! Usually staff seems busy in fast food not having time for a... smile. That was NOT my experience. I had a wonderfully kind gentleman who took my order. I watched as he helped the customersbefore me and was delighted to see his genuine smile to each one. Rude manager! Gave me so much attitude when I was ordering. Kept asking me is that it. I said why were you giving me attitude?... He said because we?re short staffed. Then proceeded to tell me he wasn?t giving me attitude when he just admitted he was becausethey?re short staffed. Everyone is short staffed get over it and work on your customer service.
